Section 71: Proof when attesting witness denies the execution

Repealed. Repealed from 1 July 2024. Use it for proceedings preserved by BSA section 170, including specified matters that were pending immediately before commencement.

Part II — On Proof

71. If the attesting witness denies or does not recollect the execution of the document, its execution may be proved by other evidence.
