85A. The Court shall presume that every electronic record purporting to be an agreement containing the 5 [electronic signature] of the parties was so concluded by affixing the 5 [electronic signature] of the parties.

Repealed. Repealed from 1 July 2024. Use it for proceedings preserved by BSA section 170, including specified matters that were pending immediately before commencement.
